Principal
Caroline led strategy and operations for mission-driven organizations for over fifteen years. She has deep experience helping nonprofits navigate growth, transition, and transformation.
Her approach combines rigorous analytical thinking with deep empathy for organizational culture and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Caroline believes the best strategies emerge from genuine partnership and understanding of context, not from generic frameworks imposed from outside.
She holds an MBA from the University of Washington and lives in Seattle with her cat, Arwen.

Principal
Liz brings operational leadership from multiple industries, including professional and trade services, healthcare, and information technology. She specializes in building systems that foster growth and maximize impact while maintaining quality and culture.
Known for her pragmatic, implementation-focused approach, Liz helps leaders move from concept to execution. She's particularly skilled at program design, organizational design, and developing business plans to help businesses find their footing in times of change.
She earned an MBA at Norwich University and holds a PMP.
